Tate is based in both Cincinnati, Ohio and Charlotte, North Carolina.  She is recent graduate of Xavier University, where she earned degrees in both Musical Theatre and Sociology.  Tate also works offstage, and in 2024, she made her directorial debut with the world premiere of Janitor's Closet at Xavier University!

You can catch Tate this spring in Legally Blonde at the Covedale Center for the Performing Arts as both Pilar and as the U/S for Elle Woods!  The production runs March 12 – April 5, 2026, so there are plenty of opportunities to come see — what, like it's hard?

 

She also has two short films coming up soon!  One is currently in pre-production — stay tuned! — the other is "The Rosies," directed by Christina Capra.  This short is proof of concept for the feature project Poster Girls, based on the wonderful novel by Meredith Richie.
