With classic silver screen poise and a Southern spark, Tate Clemons specializes in bright, comedic leading ladies.

 

Tate is based in both Cincinnati, Ohio and Charlotte, North Carolina.  She is recent graduate of Xavier University, where she earned degrees in both Musical Theatre and Sociology.  Tate also works offstage, and in 2024, she made her directorial debut with the world premiere of Janitor's Closet at Xavier University!

You can catch Tate this summer in Early Bird as part of the 2026 Cincinnati Fringe Festival!  The festival runs May 29 – June 13, with Early Bird performing intermittently. After that, you can find her at the Warsaw Federal Incline Theatre in Crazy for You as Polly!

 

She also has two short films coming up soon!  One is currently in pre-production — stay tuned! — the other is "The Rosies," directed by Christina Capra.  This short is proof of concept for the feature project Poster Girls, based on the wonderful novel by Meredith Richie.
