You can catch me this holiday season in Holiday Inn at the Covedale Center for the Performing Arts in both the ensemble and as the U/S for Linda Mason! The production runs December 4 – December 28, 2025, so there are plenty of opportunities to come join us and shake the blues away.

About Me

Hi! I'm Tate Clemons (she/her)!
I am an actor — film and stage — based in Charlotte, NC and Cincinnati, Ohio. I recently graduated from Xavier University with degrees in both Musical Theatre and Sociology. Recently I've been lucky to work with Suann Pollock as Maria in The Sound of Music, Darnell Pierre Benjamin in The Prom as Angie, and Bridget Leak and Trey Tatum in the world premiere of Summer Slaycation!
In the summer of 2022, I played Brooke Ashton in Noises Off at Davidson Community Players, for which I was nominated for Outstanding Supporting Actor in the MTA Awards.

In 2024, I am proud to have directed the world premiere of Janitor's Closet at Xavier University!
In film, I have worked with so many great people. My first film, Man in the Cellar, was with director Dean Garris, and we followed that with Parlay which was seen in film festivals in NY and LA. I can also be seen in the feature Shifting Gears with M. Emmet Walsh, MC Gainey, and John Ratzenberger! And, of course, as a kid, working on a blockbuster like Twilight was an amazing experience.
